Humana is waiving PCP copays effective 5/1/2020 through 12/31/2020. General information about this from Humana is below.

Humana update, a quick overview:
- The cost share waivers applied to all Medicare members, both Group and Individual plans, and were effective 5/1/2020- running through 12/31/2020.
- The waiver covers PCP visits, including labs in the office, BUT not Labs sent out to Lab Corp or Quest.
- Behavioral Health has three things that are subject to the waiver:
- Psych consults for medications
- Individual Therapy
- Group Therapy
- Existing Telehealth Cost Share Waiver has been extended through 12/31/2020
- Safety Kits that include masks and instructions on how to wear them properly will be mailed to all Medical Insured Members (Comm and MA)
- Mailings will start at the end of May and will begin with the most vulnerable membership
- An alert about the waiver with a link to the Provider COVID site has been added to humana.com/provider/coronavirus
